Mrs.Spit - I did not phone the CRTC and report it. I totally did not think about that. I have to say I'm not getting as many real person calls, its these automated voices that I get. If it was a live person I would ream them out. Yes I have done that. I have qualified that its not their personal fault. The call that led me to SPRINT up my steep stairs was from a machine, which was even more annoying. Plus I was already in an annoyed mood due to stuff in previous post.
Maggie May - yeah I am not happy when someone wakes my sleeping baby. They say there is no wrath like a woman scorned. I say there is no wrath like a mama that did not get her nap time.
Unfortunately the do-not-call list doesn't apply if you have some kind of relationship with the company, even a very vague one (I think this is even true if you have ever given a zip code out at a store that's affiliated, or you have any business relationship with another affiliated organization). Also it doesn't apply to nonprofits, so they can always call you. -another reader who feels murderous when callers wake the baby

Huh. Did you phone the CRTC and report it? And am I the only one who thinks I am getting more crappy phone calls after I registered?
some of my scariest moods in life have occured when a person has woken my sleeping baby.
