RKRunnerLite for iPhone sucks

Just so you know. VXWYNot has recommended RunnersLite, but its 99 cents. I know its only 99 cents but if you have try a bunch of differenet 99 cent apps, it adds up pretty quick. Next on the list to try is GPSlite as recommended by PiT..lets see how its goes.

FYI running in middle of the day, before eating because you're that pissed that a simple BCA assay did not work is a very SMART thing to do.

The awesome thing about GPSlite is if you hate it, you can delete it as it's free!

Still avoiding paying for any apps ...

Why didn't you like my app? Works great for me!

Hope you find something you like!

We used to use the BCA assay, but started using the Pierce 660 nm protein assay, and so far as long as you get the standard curve concentrations worked out and your samples are >3 ug/ul, it works great and only takes one reagent and 5 min!

I am so glad you are putting your opinions about the apps on your blog. I am thinking about trying one, but I need to get an arm band or something for my iPhone. What are you using?

PiT - I have not been able to find an app called GPSlite, do you mean GPS log lite?

Cath - I haven't tried runnerlite its 99cents...yes I am that broke

Arlenna - hmm, I think the issue was that I didn't shake the WR enough to ensure there were no particles to fuck up the reading...its annoying b/c its such a stupid little detail that puts one an hour behind. Which is HUGE when you don't have the ability to stay an extra hour.

MicroXX - right now I have the iSKin which is OK. I like that it doesn't bulk up the phone so much that I can not put in my jean pocket. But it doesn't have a strap or clip, which sucks when I'm running or wearing skirts.
