I'm a big fan too, and was quite impressed by that follow-up email!
I got that email too! I do hope no-one got fired, it's a relatively easy mistake to make.
My beef with MEC is that I barely fit into the largest sizes of their cycling gear. I'll be the first to admit that I'm carrying a few extra pounds, but not that many...
